We approach leadership from a bottom-up perspective. We start with the leader and work our way up from there. These steps are meant to be interpreted in the same way. Start from the leader at the bottom, then work your way through each step to the mission at the top.

The Leader

It all starts with the leader. There are three things we focus on when we are dealing with the leader: Encounter, Intimacy & Identity. 


Our impact flows from who’s we are. Sharing our encounter story is a great place to start. Holding each other accountable to meaningful prayer can’t be taken for granted. And diving into how specifically you were created in the likeness and image of God helps us grow in the self awareness and humility required to work effectively with others.

The Vision

A compelling vision is God-sized! It will require you to get other people involved, to buy in and get excited. If not, you’re going to end up doing it by yourself. Doers are motivated by tasks. Leaders are motivated by vision.

There is a difference between a working group and a high-performance team. We create high-performance teams. 

The Mission

To reach the lost and serve the least in communion with Jesus equals a life worth living! A parish can be the place where lives are transformed, miracles happen and people find their purpose.

The Structure

Support your team and love others through your organizational structure. We help people bring their structure to life.

The Encounter

This is where we make new disciples. The whole point of this is to bring people to Jesus and encounter his love in a way that transforms their whole life. We are only delusionally busy if this isn’t the result (we understand that delusinoally isn’t a word, but we kind of like it).

The Tools

We employ important programs, processes, and practices to make NEW disciples and ensure they can have an impact. We explore how to execute these with excellence. and measure the outcomes - not just the inputs.

This allows us to prioritize, over-invest in the right areas, and get good at saying no. This is our strategy. What are our goals? What are we trying to accomplish? Dial it in, focus.

Creating an intentionally healthy culture ensures integrity at every level. How we treat each other matters. It builds credibility and trust.

The Meetings

Bad meetings are the death of passion and engagement. When meetings are run well; relationships are built, great decisions are made, a cadence of accountability forms.
