We are focused on people, and people are unique. The coaching environment is dynamic; therefore, our approach will be too. What we promise is that you’re going to be transformed in your leadership character and intelligence. You are going to be more fruitful than you’ve ever been in your life. You will experience less fear, more joy, and more hope. We are focused on people, who are unique, and their context, which is variable.
We call it Intentional Parish Renewal.
Intentional PARISH Renewal
We approach leadership from a bottom-up perspective. We start with the leader and work our way up from there. These steps are meant to be interpreted in the same way. Start from the leader at the bottom, then work your way through each step to the mission at the top.
The Leader
It all starts with the leader. There are three things we focus on when we are dealing with the leader: Encounter, Intimacy & Identity.
Our impact flows from who’s we are. Sharing our encounter story is a great place to start. Holding each other accountable to meaningful prayer can’t be taken for granted. And diving into how specifically you were created in the likeness and image of God helps us grow in the self awareness and humility required to work effectively with others.
The Vision
A compelling vision is God-sized! It will require you to get other people involved, to buy in and get excited. If not, you’re going to end up doing it by yourself. Doers are motivated by tasks. Leaders are motivated by vision.
The Team
There is a difference between a working group and a high-performance team. We create high-performance teams.
The Mission
To reach the lost and serve the least in communion with Jesus equals a life worth living! A parish can be the place where lives are transformed, miracles happen and people find their purpose.
The Structure
Support your team and love others through your organizational structure. We help people bring their structure to life.
The Encounter
This is where we make new disciples. The whole point of this is to bring people to Jesus and encounter his love in a way that transforms their whole life. We are only delusionally busy if this isn’t the result (we understand that delusinoally isn’t a word, but we kind of like it).
The Tools
We employ important programs, processes, and practices to make NEW disciples and ensure they can have an impact. We explore how to execute these with excellence. and measure the outcomes - not just the inputs.
These are the areas where we are placing our big bets.
The Game Plan
This allows us to prioritize, over-invest in the right areas, and get good at saying no. This is our strategy. What are our goals? What are we trying to accomplish? Dial it in, focus.
The Culture
Creating an intentionally healthy culture ensures integrity at every level. How we treat each other matters. It builds credibility and trust.
The Meetings
Bad meetings are the death of passion and engagement. When meetings are run well; relationships are built, great decisions are made, a cadence of accountability forms.

At Ron Huntley Leadership Coaching, we enhance team building and team efficacy in Catholic leadership through dedicated, adaptive online coaching sessions.
When we say Catholic Leadership, we don’t just mean the Pastor or Bishop, we mean everyone in your parish and on your team. In our coaching sessions, our coaches work with you to improve the organizational health of your team so that together your parish can bring more people to Jesus.
It’s time to renew the organizational health in your Parish and inspire leadership in your community.
Rebuilding is not easy and is not always comfortable. It takes a radical reliance on the Holy Spirit, an army of prayer warriors, fortitude, stacks of empty coffee cups and dry whiteboard markers. It requires a deep understanding of yourself, other people, teams and culture.
In the end, it means a revitalized parish culture that will draw and inspire the next generation of Catholics in your community.
Our focus is on developing teamwork to create and inspire strong, effective leadership that percolates upward from the bottom. Contact us today to get started on the road to parish renewal.
By far the most in-depth and effective resource offered for parish renewal today. Our year-long commitment to you and your leadership process begins with weekly one-hour sessions where we confront hard truths, lean into your strengths, and dive deep into your vision. The focus is on developing teamwork to create and inspire strong, effective leadership that ripples outward from the top.
There are still spots available. Contact Ron today to get started on the road to Church revival.
An engaging and passionate speaker, Ron is ready to inspire a whole room to lean into the power of the Holy Spirit and grow in leadership together so that believers are transformed into disciples and disciples into leaders.
